Lead the definition of high-impact digital experiences by connecting user needs with business goals through functional, validated, and results-driven design. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a Product Manager, prototypes like an Engineer, and iterates like a Startup Founder.
Key Skills:
- Strategic and systems thinking: Ability to understand context, anticipate problems, and design beyond the screen by aligning business objectives with real human needs.
- Collaborative leadership: Influence without imposing, facilitate design decisions that drive consensus, and push solutions toward implementation.
- Adaptability: Comfortable iterating quickly and adjusting designs based on continuous learning.
- High autonomy: Strong judgment and initiative to lead projects end-to-end, proactively proposing solutions without waiting for instructions.
- Operational efficiency focus: Able to work closely with support, ops, and engineering teams to identify high-impact UX issues in internal tools.
- Rapid prototyping and validation: Design and test workflows that reduce complexity and accelerate team execution.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience designing digital products.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end design projects: from research through validation and delivery.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers.
- Deep understanding and hands-on application of user research and human-centered design methodologies, with good judgment to choose the right approach.
- Product mindset: You focus on user outcomes, not just UI.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, async environments.
- Technical interview showcasing your full design process, not just final visuals.
Bonus Points:
- Experience designing internal tools or operational platforms.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (Lovable, Bolt, Design.ai, etc.) to enhance or speed up your workflow.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Retool, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.
- Background working in high-growth startups or as a founder.
