Job Description:

CRM IT ANALYST

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

The CRM IT ANALYST will play a key role in providing support, configuration, testing and analysis of our Salesforce instances. As part of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, this position will foster global collaboration with team members and users and sharing technical knowledge.

Overall, you will maintain productivity and quality of services with a customer focus scope, accomplishing this with procedures, objectives, and customer service activities according to company procedures, SLAs and standards.

The impact you will make in this role

• Provide customer service with SLA and standards, via IT Management systems.

• Author and execute test cases/scripts in support application releases.

• Knowledgeable on internal and external user management tools and procedures.

• Configuration of stories related to Salesforce according to our processes.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field experience).

• 2+ years of IT Experience with 2+ years of testing experience

• Advanced second language (English) proficiency, if applicable

• Experience with Salesforce

• Experience with test creation, execution, and testing tools – such as Tricentis qTest

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience participating in cross-functional and remote teams.

• Experience working with the Salesforce platform

• Experience with agile process (SCRUM) and tools. (i.e. Jira, Github, Confluence)

• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high-pressure, high-profile environment

• Salesforce certifications (not mandatory)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good listening and reasoning skills to understand the assigned task/responsibility and ability to complete it within stipulated time.

• Experience in QA testing
