The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Our Custom Smiles Solutions Service team is on the cutting edge of designing aligner treatment plans for end patients.  As an Operations Analyst, you will drive treatment design business insights and improvements through the following activities:
 

• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Work with complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, translating data into clear and actionable recommendations that drive business growth and optimize performance

• Dashboard Enhancements & Reporting: Build and optimize operational dashboards using various BI tools (Excel, Power BI) to provide insights and track KPIs
• Collaboration: Partner with cross functional teams to understand project insight needs and business requirements to deliver analytics that support initiatives’ success
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for the implementation of new data technologies to improve analysis efficiency and business impact.
• Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity in analysis, troubleshoot issues and user support needs
• Technical Support: Provide technical/analytic assistance to business stakeholders in data tools to drive adoption and ensure they can independently access and interpret data

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

• 5+ years of experience in business / operations analysis, data analytics, or related roles, with a proven track record of leading complex data projects and initiatives.
• Expertise in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar), with the ability to design and deploy operational dashboards and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear concise manner
• Experience working with large, complex datasets to draw insights from
• Solid understanding of data structures, database management, SQL or similar queries
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive analytics or statistical modeling

Work location:

• Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic / international
