The role of the Procure to Pay (P2P) Helpdesk Analyst is to provide Service Desk assistance to internal and external customers regarding Financial applications and processes. As Single Point of Contact (SPOC) the analyst will be responsible for the resolution, SLAs, KPIs, Voice of Customer (VOC), documentation and triage of incidents and other support requests for customers based in various countries.
Responsibilities:
Constant success in the application of knowledge and skills on financial controls, accounting controls, metrics, financial systems, and continuous improvement, in the P2P Helpdesk process, in situations of different levels of complexity.
Identify and consistently resolve complex problems of end to end P2P.
Constant success in approaching internal and external clients of the organization, both for those who raise the request for resolution of the cases, as well as those with whom we work daily to resolve them.
Ensure all communication is clear and that actions needed to solve an issue are identified with owners and deadlines, including explanations that generate understanding, a sense of urgency, cordiality, courtesy, and empathy.
Maintain control and record of cases pending resolution, ensuring compliance with the SLA.
Requirements:
Finance, Business Administration or related degree.
P2P process previous experience managing escalations, documentation and triage of incidents and supports costumer requests.
Microsoft Office – Excel proficiency.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English upper intermediate.
P2P SAP knowledge.
