Job Description

Position Title: HR Admin

Hourly/Salary: Salary

Location Type: On-site

Position Reports to:  Onboarding and HR Processes Manager

Experience Level (Entry, Mid, Senior): Entry

Role Overview:

Provides administrative support to the internal HR Team.  

Role-Based Accountabilities:

  • Support AllianceOne sites by performing administrative duties related to US and Canada Human Resources.
  • Maintain employee personnel files in LCFS per regulatory and company standards.
  • Monitor and manage employee information and changes in Workday includes but not limited to personal data, payroll/compensation and role changes, etc.
  • Answer general employee inquiries related to payroll and employment verifications.
  • Manage Workday cases according to program/location
  • Support new hire onboarding to ensure employees are accurately set up within internal systems, and meet all regulatory requirements per local and federal law as well as client requirements
  • Conducts regular internal audits related to HR processes including, but not limited to, payroll, new hire onboarding, and other general HR processes
  • Pull information for regular and ad-hoc internal, 3rd party and client audits
  • Handling internal HR Audits (monthly and as needed) and pulling data for external audit checks.
  • Manage and maintain confidential data
  • Ensure understanding of how your role and the role of your subordinates (if applicable) contributes to the key organizational objectives by establishing goals that demonstrate your understanding through performance outcomes that support:

    • EBITDA
    • Revenue
    • High Performance Culture
    • Personal Development
  • Other HR duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Work Experience

  • 2-3 years in an office environment. Exposure to Human Resources a plus

Education and Certifications

  • High School
  • Post-secondary education preferred

Technical Competencies

Physical Requirements:  

  • Visual: Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information 
  • Verbal: Able to speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and general communication. 
  • Hearing: Hearing ability for verbal communication, conversation, responses via telephone, telephone systems, and face-to-face interactions. 
  • Manual Dexterity: Manual dexterity for typing, writing, standing and reaching, flexibility, body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling and prolonged sitting. 
  • Sitting: Ability to sit at workstation for long periods of time.
