As part of the Global Monetization Creative Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling creative adoption across Europe, empowering advertisers to unlock TikTok’s creative potential and driving sustained revenue growth through innovative product solutions.
Our Advertiser Enablement team is the gateway between Creative Product and the EUI market, including both GBS and our clients directly; we are the frontline for driving revenue, ensuring that Creative is a lever for TikTok growth, and that our products are adopted across our largest activations.
Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial, high-EQ creator- and product marketing expert, who can help bring our advertisers’ visions to life with exciting content.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience collaborating with product teams, creative partners, creative teams, and content creators in a commercial context, with a proven ability to influence advertisers to embrace creative as a catalyst for business success. Candidates should be equally comfortable navigating high-level campaign performance discussions with marketing directors and negotiating incentive plans with creative partners to drive sustained engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead creative product strategy for one or more key clusters in the UK market, driving revenue growth and maximizing product penetration.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok’s Creative Product Suite (TikTok One, Symphony, and others), providing insights and actionable recommendations to both internal teams and external clients.
- Cultivate deep relationships within TikTok’s creative ecosystem, educating partners and clients on best practices while identifying key revenue-driving levers across the region
- Develop and refine monetization strategies by leveraging data trends and incorporating inbound feedback, continuously optimizing product performance to maximize revenue impact
- Frame creative input as a growth catalyst in marketing activations
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, adoption rates, and customer retention, providing actionable insights to optimize product adoption and campaign performance
- Manage end-to-end creative product enablement across the demand side, ensuring seamless pre- and post-sales execution while maintaining strong partner relationships that drive long-term success
