Job Summary:
As a Business Manager in the Business Management team, you will act as a trusted advisor to business heads, driving key initiatives and optimizing performance. You will collaborate with various departments to implement strategic initiatives and mitigate business risks. Your role will be dynamic, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization’s success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement new business strategies and strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks.
  • Analyze financial performance and drive productivity initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations and Technology to define future workflows.
  • Collaborate with external service providers.
  • Represent the business in internal and external working groups.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Previous product knowledge or Business Management experience.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to senior and global business heads.
  • Ability to forge strong internal relationships across functions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to define and deliver strategic agendas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with logical thought process.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a COO role.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Experience in a high-pressure environment.
