An amazing journey of opportunity with an international team lies ahead - join us!As a German-speaking Junior People Operations Manager (m/d/d), you will support the People team by ensuring that our people-oriented processes are solid and effective and foster our mission of collaboratively recruiting, developing, and retaining high performing, engaged, and diverse talent. Your commitment, attention to detail, and hands-on mentality together with your ability to work in a team but also independently, will help you accomplish various people-related projects and have a direct impact on our HomeToGoer’s work experience.
The focus of the role will be to manage the administrative paperwork, such as employment contracts, reference letters or pension plan documentations along with providing operational excellence during payroll preparation
During the first 3 months, you will:
Learn all about HomeToGo, our culture our policies and get to know your lovely teammates
Assist your colleagues by answering requests in our group mailbox
Become familiar with our HRIS Personio
After the first 6 months, you will:
Support the monthly payroll process
Create reports
Maintain the standard communication with external authorities
From the very beginning, you will create and maintain a solid relationships with all relevant stakeholders (among which out TA Manager, Accountant and external HR service providers) and advises them when needed
Using your previous knowledge and new ideas, you will collaborate with the PO Team to make processes more efficient and automated (e.g. improving our annual Performance Review)
Within a year, you will become an expert in administrative features for our systems and you will support in implementing them
Have previous experience working in a People/HR Team
Have experience with any human resources information systems (Knowledge of Personio is a plus
Are eager to bring new ideas and achieve team goals
Are proactive, process-oriented, and able to work independently
Know German labor law as a plus
