HomeToGo is seeking an experienced SAP Product Manager specializing in Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) with a strong background in Project and Product Management to join our SAP team. In this role, you will define, develop, and oversee all Finance and Controlling processes within the HomeToGo group, playing a key role in our system transformation landscape project.
As part of our continuous transformation team, you will help shape the future of our Operations Systems landscape, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring efficiency for both the company and its partners. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, Payments, Data and external partners, to select the right tools and ensure strategic alignment.
You will also be responsible for translating business requirements into an implementation strategy, working closely with software engineers to drive execution. Lead SAP implementation, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Banking, Bookings) and SAP S/4HANA ERP.
Own and optimize finance and control processes, drive automation opportunities, and implement best practices.
Drive finance product discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and implementation plans.
Develop and manage product discovery artifacts, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Assess business impact and prioritize initiatives, applying product management best practices to focus resources effectively.
Innovate billing and collection processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure data integrity and proper exchange of information between internal and external systems.
Have 3+ years of experience working with ERP Finance and Controlling solutions, particularly SAP S/4HANA Cloud (preferred).
Possess deep knowledge of product management frameworks, tools, and lifecycle methodologies.
Have a proven track record in leading ERP implementations, including full project lifecycle management
Understand finance and operations processes and their integration with ERP systems.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, a self-motivated mindset, and a result-driven approach.
Excel in balancing pragmatism with attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Can confidently contribute as a subject-matter expert within a highly skilled team.
Are fluent in English (both written and spoken); German language skills are a plus.
