Procurement Working Student Corporate Services

We are looking for a Working Student for our Procurement team to support Corporate Procurement Services.

Elements of this role

Main responsibilities:

• The professional will assist the procurement process from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and placing orders, 
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and gather information on pricing, products and service; 
• Support Procurement team in analyzing suppliers proposals and making recommendations for vendor selection; 
• Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts and supplier information and build KPIs reports; 
• Collaborate with cross-functional team such as finance, operations and logistics to ensure timely and efficient procurement process; 
• Help monitor supplier performance and non-conformities, 

Carry out:

• Ensure demand raised by buyers are fulfilled 
• Act according to Compliance and SOX requirements

Contribute to:

• Build a positive working environment among the team and with stakeholders
• Throughout negotiations and BID processes, promote a positive impact on company results
• Implement best Procurement practices and disseminate it to the stakeholders

What you need to bring for this job

Your skills:

• Studies in Engineering or Business administration
• Effective Communication
• Ability to work with multiple teams and different people profiles and cultures
• Proactiveness
• Fluency in German and English are mandatory, Portuguese is a plus.
