Please note that we are only able to offer the position to an active student currently enrolled at a German university.
We are looking for a working student for a minimum of 6 months, preferably for one year or longer.
This is a part-time position, preferably working 20 hours per week.
This position is available in our Berlin office (at Alexanderplatz) in a hybrid setup.
What You Will Do
Reporting administratively to the Head of Internal Controls and Risk Management and working under the functional guidance of the Internal Control System Coordinator. You will primarily support the internal control team in doing the following tasks:
Assisting in the creation and updating process flowcharts based on business needs
Ensuring documentation is kept up to date in our internal controls system
Supporting internal control testing for less complex processes
Helping the team with various ad-hoc tasks and initiatives
What You Will Bring
Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or business administration completed or in process
Professional level of written and spoken English
Knowledge and experience with MS Excel
Proactive approach and willingness to learn
Friendly, positive attitude and 'can do' mindset
Strong attention to detail
Nice to have:
Previous finance/ internal audit experience
Experience working with an ERP system
