Forma Toronto

Forma is Frank Gehry’s two-tower residential design for King Street West. Its sculptural façades and mixed-use city setting provide a strong architectural subject, while the profile keeps the two towers and their delivery programmes distinct. CVU records the East Tower as a 74-storey building under construction and the West Tower as an 84-storey proposal. Developer marketing has also used a 73-storey description for the East Tower. The residential amenity concept includes wellness spaces, entertainment lounges, co-working rooms and an outdoor terrace. The towers and their delivery programmes should be considered separately.
