Production Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

Job Description

Bring your structured approach to the table and help drive the operations side of entertainment productions that expand worlds and deepen audience engagement for some of the biggest franchises!

We offer a hybrid working arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Please note: No relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive the production value chain – Entertainment Partners & Content’s production coordinator responsible for scheduling, document administration, and the delivery of Entertainment Content Master files
  • Support and enable the production process, including Studio Award setup and onboarding
  • Manage the flow of information and documentation across a suite of productions with LEGO Entertainment, ensuring studio onboarding and related materials are accurate and up to date in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Work closely with Producers and the Head of Production to support project needs related to POs, billing, and information sharing (e.g. script schedules, distribution timelines)
  • Coordinate between producers, procurement, and finance to ensure alignment and accuracy of information, enabling smooth progression of creative assets and required documentation
  • Engage with partner studios and production teams, managing communication and documentation between them and the LEGO Group
  • Assist production workflows from story summit through to final wrap
  • Help establish, simplify, and document processes and new ways of working to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in the TV or film industry
  • Experience in animated television or feature production
  • Experience working in children’s media preferred
  • Familiarity with TV/film budgeting and scheduling
  • Rights management experience is a plus but not essential
  • Experience in either production or post-production (both preferred)
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Flexibility to accommodate early or late calls with global teams
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
