Digital Price Enablement Manager

At Hempel, we are looking for a Digital Solutions & Price Enablement Manager to lead the development of system architectures and pricing tools that drive revenue growth and digital excellence.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment and improvement of our digital system architectures and revenue support capabilities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and architectural solutions that align business and technical needs.
  • Drive the implementation and adoption of digital revenue management tools across the organization.
  • Develop and implement data-driven pricing models to optimize customer value and commercial performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and finance to align pricing strategies across B2B channels.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing efficiency through automation and digital solutions.
  • Support development teams and oversee resolution of technical challenges, ensuring scalable, high-performing systems.

What we are looking for

You combine a solid background in digital architecture and pricing with a passion for commercial enablement. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, ready to turn data and systems into commercial outcomes. You bring:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Business, or a related field.
  • Specific expertise in areas such as Data-Driven Decision Making, AI, CPQ, Pricing Engines, ERP systems, and digital tools.
  • Experience working in an international business environment with global stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • A business-oriented mindset and the ability to translate commercial needs into digital solutions.
