We're looking for a Product Owner, IAM Solutions to join our team and take ownership of our SailPoint IIQ Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

As the Product Owner, IAM Solutions, you will act as the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of our SailPoint IGA solutions, driving development through agile methodologies, and ensuring that product delivery aligns with customer needs and business goals. Finally, you will be responsible for doing project management for the IAM Solutions team, including defining and delivering the agreed IGA roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision: Establish and communicate a compelling product strategy for the SailPoint IGA platform.
• Define and deliver the Product Roadmap: translate Product Vision into concrete projects and execute them timely
• Gather & Translate Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into Epics in Jira.
• Manage the Product Backlog: Prioritize stories, features, and tasks to ensure maximum business value.
• Define Features & Acceptance Criteria: Collaborate with development teams to prepare features for implementation.
• Support Agile Processes: Actively engage in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Documentation & Training: Produce user guides, training materials, and internal documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including participation in steering group meetings.
• Project Management for a team of around 7 specialists

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (Scrum certifications a plus).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in IAM or cybersecurity environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of SailPoint IIQ or similar IGA platforms is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of access management processes and compliance requirements
• Strong skills in Jira, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
