Manager Paid Social
The purpose of this role is to manage a team and provide direct support to client teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.

Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns, strategies, and day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals. The Paid Social Manager will focus on delivering campaign success, optimizing performance, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops Paid Social account strategy in partnership with clients and the Paid Social Director, ensuring the strategy aligns with client goals and KPIs.
- Oversees the operational success of Paid Social campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Owns and manages the client’s Paid Social strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and campaign optimization.
- Manages day-to-day Paid Social campaign execution, including budget management, reporting, and optimization.
- Acts as the primary day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for clients regarding Paid Social strategies.
- Works closely with Account Directors to plan accounts and identify growth opportunities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
- Builds strong, collaborative relationships across Client Services and other digital marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Tracks and analyzes campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar Paid Social role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising strategies.
- Proficient in using social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing paid social campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
