Senior Paid Social Specialist

This role is part of our Creative & Media/Experience & Engineering team based in Spain. At DEPT®, we combine data, technology and marketing to solve brands’ business problems and drive revenue through a variety of digital solutions.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Medior/Senior Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is characterized by a high degree of openness and empathy and who is burning to further develop and, above all, to contribute their passion in the field of Paid Social advertising.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, set up, run, and report on campaign activities at the title level.
• Collaborate with platform specialists to ensure high-quality output and innovation.
• Address tactical campaign-level questions and provide support as needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Manage and prioritize work tasks independently, while adhering to client budgets.
• Identify and address budget issues proactively, collaborating with clients to find solutions.
• Spot commercial opportunities within your channel for clients.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, sharing knowledge and experiences.
• Stay informed about industry news and trends, applying insights to your work.
• Develop standard campaign plans and advise on optimized targeting, budget allocation, and formats.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have…

• Substantial experience in paid social media, ideally having worked with other global brands.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X and YouTube.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Experience in performance development and correlation analysis.
• Solution-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
