Advanced Analytics Deployment: Implement advanced analytic capabilities within sales, marketing, and logistics functions to optimize adoption and business impact.
Keeping Up with Technological Advancements: Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies, and encourage continuous learning within the team.
Measuring and Demonstrating Impact: Establish clear KPIs and metrics to track the performance of analytics projects and regularly communicate their impact to stakeholders.
Your Profile as Head of Advanced Analytics:
Proficiency in statistical modeling and data mining techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and other relevant tools for data analysis and machine learning.
Mastery in creating clear and actionable data visualizations using tools like Power BI.
Ability to manage and integrate large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
Agile, creative and able to lead remote teams in complex matrix organizations
Strategic, analytical and creative thinker with problem solving attitude
Ability to explain sophisticated solution in layman terms
