Platform Owner, IT / OT Network Security

We are now looking for a

Platform Owner, IT/OT Network Security

to lead and develop our network security services for factories, R&D, and other operational sites.

This is a key role where you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of our IT/OT network security platform. You'll ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of services, working closely with stakeholders from Supply Chain, R&D, Cybersecurity, and IT. You’ll coordinate internal and external experts, bring your technical insight, and apply international security standards like ISO 27001 to drive performance and efficiency. Vendor collaboration and accountability—both in quality and cost—are essential parts of the role.

The position is based in Espoo, Finland, and reports to the Head of Connectivity. We offer a flexible hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership (service, technical, and financial) of the Factory and R&D network security platform
• Technical leadership for the platform, including segmentation, firewalls, and sensors
• Creating and maintaining the platform’s technology and roadmap
• Day-to-day operational oversight of network security services
• Developing secure IT/OT strategies and practices
• Ensuring compliance with global security standards and frameworks
• Promoting security awareness across the organization

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise networks and network security
• Strong background in firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) and LAN technologies
• Experience with network segmentation, SD-WAN, and outsourced service models
• Familiarity with international standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
• Conceptual mindset with the ability to define long-term roadmaps
• Strong collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English communication skills
