<b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1003" _msttexthash="9787336" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Conduire les actions d’amélioration du Pôle Performance Equipements portant sur les machines de production.

<b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1004" _msttexthash="1053286" style="color:#32363a">Quelles seront mes responsabilités ?

• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1005" _msttexthash="30845321" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Animer et déployer la Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) sur le site : formation, mise en place, suivi des routines, avancement des plans d’actions de fiabilisation des équipements
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1006" _msttexthash="11836149" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Animer les démarches d’amélioration continue maintenance en lien avec les services productions, et le comité REX Maintenance
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1007" _msttexthash="18592951" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Être support aux équipes de maintenance opérationnelles dans les analyses de pannes, les démarches d’améliorations, etc.
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1008" _msttexthash="17287153" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Contribuer à l’organisation et à l’évolution du plan de maintenance préventive en contenu et fréquence et en lien avec la charge de production
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1009" _msttexthash="4292431" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Définir les actions de digitalisation, de maintenance prédictive liées au domaine
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1010" _msttexthash="2002689" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Assurer le déploiement de la M1N et en élargir le contenu
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1011" _msttexthash="4484116" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Organiser les interventions de maintenance en coordination avec les services clients
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1012" _msttexthash="2906293" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs standards de la Maintenance 
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1013" _msttexthash="4343898" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Proposer et préparer les dossiers de rénovation machine et gérer les CAPEX associés
• <b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><span _msthash="1014" _msttexthash="4873193" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Alerter sur les situations à risques ou les détériorations concernant les équipements

<b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><b _msthash="1015" _msttexthash="77246"><span _msthash="1017" _msttexthash="6283888" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">- Bonne connaissance de la TPM et méthodes d’analyse

<b _istranslated="1"><b _istranslated="1"><b _msthash="1015" _msttexthash="77246"><span _msthash="1018" _msttexthash="3290196" style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">- Expérience confirmée dans un service maintenance en milieu industriel
