Consolidation & Group Reporting Specialist

We are currently looking for a Consolidation Specialist to join our team.


Consolidation is in charge of producing the consolidated financial statements of Scor Group under IFRS  and providing reliable information to our shareholders, investors and top management. 
The department also highly contributes to the production of the half year publication and annual Universal Registration Document. 
 

Job Description

The job mainly includes : 

  • The  support to local teams for the quarterly collect and control of data reported in BFC 
  • The control of transversal processes and production of related memos, such as Foreign Exchange Analysis, Mutual funds (control of the elimination of third parties) , Expenses by destination,  Off Balance Sheet
  • The monitoring of intercompany reconciliation 
  • The production of HY and annual disclosures (especially IFRS 9 disclosures in collaboration with Scor Asset Owner dpt)
  • The contribution to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes in a context of transformation and optimization , and update of internal procedures in order to achieve operational excellence
  • The production of ad hoc analysis on consolidated accounts 

You are used to work with BFC and has appetence for tools : in this frame he can navigate easily in BFC to understand rules and export data and reports. 

Required experience & competencies

  • 5-7 years work experience in consolidation in a significant listed Company
  • Experience in a listed Bank or Insurance Group would be an advantage
  • Perfect understanding of IFRS standards
  • Significant experience in BFC and appetence for IT tools
  • Client oriented, autonomous, proactive and pragmatic
  • Professional English is required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Required Education 

A higher education diploma (equivalent to Bac+5) with accounting specialization (DSCG, business school…).
