Sales Administrator

OCEANKING is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales Administration Department.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing after-sales processes, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle after-sales requisitions, including processing offers, orders, and invoicing
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identity trends
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline order processing and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions

Requirements

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively within a team

Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with ERP systems

University degree in Maritime Economics or
Business Administration

2 years Relevant experience in sales administration or a similar role in the maritime market

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with forwarding/logistics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
