Job Description

Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Software Documentation Architect in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

We are looking for a Software Documentation Architect to join our Product Documentation team. In this role, you will collaborate with software architects, engineers, and technical writers to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including configuration and integration guides. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in software architecture, system design, and technical writing who can translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for developers, system administrators, and enterprise users.

As a Software Documentation Architect you will:

• Develop and maintain configuration guides, integration guides, API documentation, and system architecture overviews.
• Collaborate with software architects, engineers, and product managers to gather and validate technical information.
• Analyze complex software systems and explain them clearly through diagrams, flowcharts, and structured documentation.
• Improve and standardize documentation processes to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Review and edit existing technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Work with the documentation team to create templates and guidelines for best practices in technical writing.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software architecture and documentation.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, iterating on documentation based on feedback and product updates.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant sector experience required.
• Background in software architecture, system design, or development (experience as a software architect, system engineer, or developer is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the software industry, with a focus on architecture, system configuration, and integration documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for better technical understanding.
• Experience with documentation tools such as AsciiDoc, Confluence, Visual Studio Code, or other structured authoring tools.
• Fluency in both Greek and English(C1+).

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Experience working in Agile development teams, collaborating with engineers and product managers. 
• Excellent technical writing, editing, and content structuring skills.
