Beach/Pool Boy (S25)

Each property assimilates and is designed to highlight the unique characteristics of its host location within a carefully selected setting rich in Greek history, culture, and stunning landscapes. In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Beach/Pool Boy.

Position Summary

To ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment at the hotel’s beach and/or pool area while providing attentive and friendly service to guests throughout the day.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Prepare and maintain sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and pool/beach equipment.
• Keep the beach/pool area clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Assist guests with sunbed arrangements and provide towels as needed.
• Ensure guests’ safety by observing behavior in and around the pool/beach.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Support the F&B or housekeeping teams with light service or cleaning tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of pool/beach maintenance preferred.
• Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in warm conditions.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team spirit and willingness to assist across departments.
• Basic English communication skills.
