We are in search of a Legal Specialist who thrives in providing strategic legal advice and safeguarding our operations.

As a cornerstone of our team, you will:

• Champion legal compliance by staying ahead of evolving laws and regulations.
• Mitigate legal risks by offering expert legal counsel and crafting strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal alignment in all initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field.
• Previous experience in legal roles, with a strong understanding of business law, will be advantageous.
• Analytical mindset coupled with a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office and legal software.

Both Legal and Internal Audit functions are critical for ensuring legal compliance, managing risks, and maintaining effective governance within an organization. While Legal focuses primarily on legal compliance and providing legal advice, Internal Audit focuses on assessing and enhancing internal controls, risk management, and operational efficiency. These functions often work together to address legal and regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and improve overall organizational performance.
