B2B Product Manager (Telco)

Volton Hellenic Energy SA is a Greek company that is dynamically active and is rapidly increasing its capacity in the field of Electricity Supply and Trading, in the Gas Energy Sector in the field of Telecommunications (through Orizon).

As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks for an B2B Telco Product Manager for the development of Business segment to contribute to the growth of its Telecom Corporate Products.

 

 Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and management of Telecommunications B2B product portfolio
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of core B2B product strategic roadmap in order to fulfill company objectives
  • Monitor market developments related to Telecommunications competition landscape (Greece & Europe) for B2B products and services
  • Analyze customer needs to develop successful propositions
  • Support and monitor go-to-market strategies and tactics that bring competitive advantages
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of product portfolio for new segments
  • Assist in the preparation of product related financial analyses/business cases  
  • Participate in User Acceptance Tests (UATs) to ensure the implementation fits segment needs
  • Create reports and presentations on the results of the products under responsibility, analyze them, and propose improvement actions
  • Collaborate with various departments for product launches (Legal, Operations, Marcomms, Sales, CX, IT, Technical etc.)
  • Provide guidance to customer care teams, ensuring exceptional experience for our customers
  • Act as an ambassador of the products within the organization

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Product Management or Service Marketing, ideally in Telecoms sector
  • Experience in Services Marketing preferred (Energy, Telcos etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics, Engineering, or other related fields
  • Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
