Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) in a related field is required
• Certification in UX/UI design or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level, both verbal and written, is essential for effective communication within our international team.
• Extensive experience in design, including proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC.
• Bold, curious, proactive, and adaptable approach to design challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

About the role - about the team:

• We are actively seeking a dynamic UI/UX Designer to join our international product design team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of both UI and UX design principles, with a strong background in design system management or designing e-commerce interfaces being highly advantageous.

The project or topic you would work on:

• As a Creative Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Telekom’s digital products, spanning desktop, mobile, apps, and TV interfaces.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing user insights in collaboration with product owners and DevOps teams.
• Crafting engaging and visually compelling UI designs that align with Telekom's digital product portfolio.
• Developing consistent and unified design solutions and contributing to the maintenance and evolution of Telekom’s design systems.
• Illustrating design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Experimenting with new interfaces and interactions to enhance user experience.
• Creating UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate product functionality and aesthetics.
• Applying various research methodologies to inform and refine design decisions.
• Presenting design concepts to internal product teams and stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving UX issues to optimize user experience.
