SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
As the local, on-property sales contact for customers, the Sales Executive is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing special corporate, group, and catering-related opportunities along with total account management of account portfolio. The focus is to build long term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel and individual sales goals.
Main tasks:
• Proactively maintains and develops relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails within the corporate, government and entertainment segments
• Arranges in person meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business opportunities
• Arranges and conducts site inspections
• Generates demand, handles customer inquiries, prepares special corporate contracts
• Works collaboratively with relevant departments
• Participates in networking events and industry events
• Manages account profiles in hotel systems, ensures precise administration
• Performs other duties as assigned, to meet business needs
Skills and Knowledge:
• Excellent communication skills both in Hungarian and English. Fluent Hungarian is essential for the job role.
• University or college degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales
• Extrovert, result oriented, dynamic personality
