Software Engineer - ML Ops

What success looks like in this role:

Join our team and work with Fortune 500 companies to revolutionize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes by operationalizing cutting-edge machine learning (ML) models. As a Software Engineer - ML Ops, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of ML models in production while streamlining the deployment lifecycle for continuous improvement. You will play a crucial role in implementing DevOps practices tailored for ML pipelines, enabling seamless integration of AI-driven solutions.

• Operationalize and maintain ML models in production, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
• Design and implement robust ML pipelines, including CI/CD automation for ML workflows.
• Ensure fast and efficient ML model release lifecycles, reducing time-to-market.
• Develop monitoring solutions to track ML model performance and detect drift.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to improve the ML production pipeline.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management for ML workloads.
• Optimize cloud-based ML environments on Azure.
• Implement best practices in MLOps, including model versioning, testing, and rollback strategies.
• Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to ensure high availability of ML systems.
• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in Software Engineering, MLOps or Machine Learning Operations.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in ML deployment and operationalization, including model monitoring and scaling.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Terraform, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud experience with one or more providers: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and ML model optimization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
