Job Description
Apprentice Programme Overview
We are looking for candidates who are committed and motivated to our Apprenticeship. It is a structured programme that is dynamic and progressive but also supportive to your learning where you can expect a mix of ‘on’ and ‘off the job’ training.
Initially you will complete a 2 year level 6 Manufacturing Technician course with the view to progressing to a Level 7 Bachelor of Engineering degree with Element Six.
Successful candidates will have a technical and mechanical aptitude who also display maturity, commitment, flexibility, and a willingness to accept responsibility. Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills are also essential qualities we will be looking for in our apprentices, starting from June 2025.

Qualifications
Essential Criteria for Application
Applicants must be aged 18 on or before the 1 September 2025.
Willing and able to commit to a structured apprenticeship programme with Element Six in conjunction with Ibec, Generation Apprentice and TUS Midwest, commencing from June 2025.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Be physically fit and be able to pass a colour vision test and medical assessment.
Eligible to live and work in the EU.
Provide 2 verifiable references.
Minimum Educational Criteria
You will also need to have already attained the following minimum educational qualifications- Grade O6 at Ordinary Level in 5 subjects 2 of which must be maths and a language (English or Irish).
