Compliance Specialist - Advertising Platforms

Adtucon is a cutting-edge media tech company that is revolutionizing performance-based advertising through the transformative power of AI. Our team of experts provides clients with expertise and knowledge in growth and performance marketing, driving business success through strategic insights and advanced technological solutions. With a pay-per-lead model for lead generation and no monthly fees, Adtucon powers customer acquisition for our clients — rewards only, no risks.

To carry out our mission we are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Audit AdTucon.io-managed AdAccounts (Meta, Google, & more) for compliance with platform-specific policies and best practices.
  • Investigate potential policy violations and escalate issues with clear summaries, evidence, and recommendations.
  • Maintain and evolve internal documentation and policy interpretation guidelines for use across AdTucon teams.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert on platform policy changes and provide proactive updates to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with Support and Sales to resolve account holds, restrictions, and appeals related to platform policy enforcement.
  • Coordinate directly with our platform partners when deeper clarity or escalation is needed.
  • Draft and maintain internal reports on investigation outcomes, policy trends, and resolution performance.
  • Identify root causes of recurring violations and work cross-functionally to design preventative mechanisms.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, platform compliance, policy auditing, or account review (agency, publisher, or platform-side).
  • Strong familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads Manager and respective policy centres.
  • Analytical and investigative mindset – can work through ambiguity to determine the root of a violation.
  • High attention to detail and consistency in reviewing accounts, documentation, and evidence.
  • Clear written communication skills for documenting findings and drafting case summaries.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive cases with discretion.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in trust & safety, developer compliance, ad policy enforcement, or moderation workflows.
  • Prior exposure to internal compliance tooling or systems like Salesforce, Looker, or internal audit dashboards.
  • Understanding of platform appeals processes, ad disapproval resolution, and account reinstatement strategy.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, COPPA, or ePrivacy) in the context of advertising.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOU

  • Join an innovative team during an exciting phase of growth: be part of a true Made in Italy success story;
  • Opportunity for rapid growth within your role and beyond, through a career progression & internal rotation program;
  • Independence and full autonomy to shape your work as you prefer and suggest changes that truly make an impact.
  • Contract & Compensation: in line with the candidate’s experience
  • Portfolio of Benefits - pick what you like!
  • You'll be working in a hybrid setup, when on-site from our innovative office in the heart of Dublin or Caserta
  • Plenty of Team Events & Office Snacks
  • State-of-the-art hardware and software to make the magic happen!
