Social and Content Specialist

While your focus will be managing influencer and creator content, you will also support the Social Media Manager in publishing, editing and analysing performance across platforms. You will be part of a collaborative, creative team that works closely with people across daa, with lots of opportunity to grow your skills in content creation, campaign planning and social strategy. If you are passionate about social, confident on camera and ready to contribute fresh ideas in a fast-moving environment, we would love to hear from you. 

Principal Responsibilities: 

  • Help lead the influencer and creator programme, from outreach and briefing to campaign delivery and reporting 
  • Work closely with creators to develop content that highlights our airport products, services and experiences 
  • Develop creative concepts and content ideas that align with our brand and resonate with passengers 
  • Film, edit and publish content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X 
  • Capture behind the scenes stories and airport moments in a way that feels engaging and human 
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to plan, schedule and manage the content calendar 
  • Support wider campaign launches and commercial moments with creative input and content execution 
  • Monitor trends and social behaviour to inspire fresh formats and stay culturally relevant 
  • Engage with our online community through comments and messages where needed 
  • Use a social media management tool (Sprinklr or similar) to post, track and evaluate performance 

 

Desirable: 

  • A degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field 
  • Experience with a social media management tool like Sprinklr, Sprout or Hootsuite 
  • Experience in podcast or audio editing 
  • Familiarity with the Irish influencer and creator landscape 

Essential: 

  • Two or more years’ experience in a content, marketing or influencer role 
  • Skilled in Canva or Photoshop, editing tools like CapCut, and all major social platforms 
  • Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for video content 
  • Confident editing short form video for social 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects 
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills 
  • Able to work quickly, adapt to change and meet deadlines 
  • Passion for social media, storytelling and creative campaigns
