Job Description

Job title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Hours: 9 -17.30 | 5 days per week Friday through to Tuesday | Location: On site 3 days per week

Gousto are thrilled to launch into Ireland with unrivaled recipe choice, simple to create dishes from around the world, exceptional value, combined with the convenience to make cooking from scratch the obvious choice, all backed up by local fulfillment and local sourcing. This level of choice and convenience is only made possible through technology, provided by Gousto’s Software as a Service (Saas) spin-out, Bento Tech.

Core Responsibilities

• Working with Dublin-based Supply chain team, you will partner closely with the fulfilment partner  
• You will ensure the best customer experience is achieved through the product's supply-journey
• Coordination will include end-to-end supply chain activities including administration, inventory management, and transportation
• Strategise in Inventory Management 
• Ensure courier accuracy i.e. collections 
• create and support ingredient demand plans 
• Continually improve the business area 
• Utilise data to track performance

Who You are 

• You will understand and work well in a scale-up environment; working confidently with ambiguity when required and using intiative, proactiveness and 'bring A game' to everything you do!
• Core foundational knowledge and experience within Supply Chain an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong collaborator in cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
