HCM Implementer

Description

• Responsible for the project's architecture and providing solutions and support for all issues related to the SF platform.
• Analyzing and defining business processes and adapting optimal solutions in the SAP Success Factors system.
• Serving as a contact person with SAP regarding SF system requirements and the project's technical needs.
• Writing business requirements, and functional and detailed specifications for new developments.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in implementation, architecture, integration, and interfaces in the SF system.
• Familiar with modules and interfaces such as: EC, REC, On Boarding ,LMS, PMGM.
• Over 1 year of experience in analyzing business processes in the HR domain.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work with multiple users and interfaces, including senior staff, and ability to work in a team.
• Leadership ability, independence skills
