We are looking for a talented, people passion person and team player student who will Join our cutting-edge HR team at Samsung R&D Center as we embark on shaping the future of technology today. We view our HR team as a critical component of employee well-being and development. Our HR team plays a strategic role as HR partners to the business leaders, and together we are shaping the workplace experience, culture, and environment.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

As part of the recruitment team, you will be an essential member of the sourcing activities and find best talents to match our open positions and contribute to building a talent pipeline. You will support and drive our recruiting process to provide our candidates an excellent experience with Samsung.

In addition, you will provide support for various HR project, all while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Current student with at least 3 semesters remaining until graduation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English, focus on writing
  • Tech-savvy with experience in social media platforms such as LinkedIn and X-Ray search
  • Availability for 3 days per week (flexible hours)
  • Advantage- Experience in recruitment for tech companies for a minimum of 6 months
