Pivotal role in the ‘Transformation’ Retail journey to New-Era Fuelling . Non Fuel Retail has been identified as one of the 5 retail business priorities. Drive Retail Comp Transactions / Pump Visitation by championing Nayara Food Vertical Start Up ; Nayara’s foray into F&B covering 50% of 10,000+ retail network by 2027, making Nayara India’s Preferred retail destination.

Own NFR F&B Business Vertical
- Own the business vertical of Nayara Owned Convenience store + Café. Accountable for both Topline and Margins across different food formats. ( F& B Store / G+1 / Cart/ Kiosk etc)
- Detail out F&B modelling (with P/L) and Value Propositions to be tested and design a Proof-of-concept testing system. ( Assortment and Pricing ) to arrive at winning Customer Value Propositions.
- Design and pilot the POC in test markets and follow-up with intensive tracking and monitoring to check measure of success.
- Continuously do customer immersions and surveys to generate insights and need analysis to develop relevant value propositions under NFR F&B.

RO roll-out phasing & implementation
- Existing Ros - Design and implement RO assessment / trading area analysis with Operations/ BD team
- New Ros – Work closely with business Development / Brand change team to arrive at winning F&B food formats.
- Modelling and Value re-engineering with Engg team across models.
- Establish the estimated cost-benefit analysis of the proposition.
- Prepare phase-wise scale-up plan, along with financial implications

Program managing transformation
- Detail out key metrics to measure the impact of each.
- Guidance to cross-functional members, regional teams and other stakeholders for smooth execution
- Track execution against plan, highlight risks & deviations & develop mitigation plan

Setting up F&B Supply Chain
- Work closely with Alliances Head to set up a strong robust backend incl tie ups with cloud kitchens for procurement and supply chain
- National & local strategic tie-ups by helping with win-win commercial models.
- Constant Scouting of partners for supporting the fulfilment and supply chain partnership and regular enhancements.

Internal change management
- Prepare field staff, RO and other stakeholder communication and interface for alignment
- Prepare periodic dashboards & reports for Transformation head & steering committee
- Manage internal stakeholders (corporate, regional) and franchisee for smooth execution
6. Aiding Ops Excellence
- Conduct researches at NFR outlet to generate meaningful qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Support the development of NPS advanced analytics MIS reporting to enable better decision making.
- Conduct mystery audits to ascertain the impact on overall each NFR
- SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
A. Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- 1. MBA or equivalent degree from good business school
B. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in Food retail, setting up Food retail stores.
- Experience of program management
- Managed Franchisees
- Handled P/L responsibility.
- Managed roles with cross functional
- Functional Skills:
- Analytics – comfortable with using excel / other program management tools; Interpretation of Big Data
- Effective Communication – Ability to articulate the solutions to all internal stakeholders for better and timely execution
- Reporting – Adept at PowerPoint, word, etc. for reporting
D. Behavioural Skills:
- Team player – ability to work with large teams
- High motivation & ownership
