Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Content Marketer to lead the development and optimization of sales and marketing content across all channels. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with sales, product, and subject matter experts to produce high-impact materials that support enterprise sales and client engagement—ranging from proposals and case studies to product overviews and pitch decks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in content operations, and understands how strategic content drives conversion in complex B2B software sales environments.


Key Responsibilities

Content Maintenance & Enhancement

  • Manage, update, and refine all client-facing content (e.g., proposals, pitch decks, solution briefs) to reflect evolving product features and market positioning.

Sales & Product Collaboration

  • Partner with sales and product teams to create customized content, including case studies, solution narratives, and product overviews that convey value to clients.

Knowledge Base Management

  • Collaborate with internal experts to maintain an up-to-date, centralized content repository. Ensure timely revisions aligned with product updates, regulatory changes, and business developments.

Content Quality Reviews

  • Perform regular audits of all content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging—covering product capabilities, value propositions, use cases, and more.

Data Visualization Support

  • Use Tableau to convert internal metrics and customer success data into clear, compelling visuals that enhance sales narratives and strategy documents.

Statistical Accuracy & Messaging

  • Source and manage key metrics and market insights for use in marketing and sales materials. Ensure all data points are accurate, current, and in sync with product messaging.

Sales Feedback Management

  • Coordinate with sales and external consultants to gather and analyze post-pitch feedback for continuous content improvement.

Vendor & Platform Administration

  • Administer content platforms and knowledge systems, including managing permissions, training users, and resolving platform issues in collaboration with third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, presales content development, proposal writing, or knowledge management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to grammar, clarity, and brand tone.
  • Familiarity with AP style, business writing standards, and document formatting best practices.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to B2B technology areas such as ITSM, AIOps, Network Monitoring, or InfraOps.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., LLMs) for content creation or data extraction.
