Helix Developer will play a key role in developing, automating, and optimizing processes utilizing the functionality within the Helix platform. This role requires collaboration with a global team and the ability to work across departments, to deliver scalable solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Support development of Helix Knowledge Management and Chatbot
Develop and maintain workflows that automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Design, implement, and manage API integrations to support various business processes.
Work with JSON structures to ensure seamless data exchange and integration across systems.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of progressive web apps (PWAs).
Leverage your knowledge of basic SQL and databases to query, store, and manage data.
Actively participate in global team discussions, providing insights and solutions to business challenges.
Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation within projects.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate with 4+ years of development experience.
Experience with knowledge management including governance and data visibility.
Experience training chatbot for prompts and responses for user services and knowledge.
Strong understanding of API calls and integration methods.
Proficiency in working with JSON structures for data manipulation and transfer.
Experience with automation workflows, especially in business processes.
Knowledge of progressive web app development or experience working with similar technologies.
Familiarity with basic SQL for querying and managing data in databases.
Hands-on experience with the O365 Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively/independently when developing solutions.
