Roles & responsibilities
We are recruiting for an Analyst in the team. Working as an Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
•Resource Management for the assigned team. •Publishing daily/weekly reports on Availability, Utilization, and varying business needs. •Ensuring that resources are optimally utilised and yearly targets are met. •Deployment of client bookings on resources. •Leaves and Trainings Management – scheduling and deployment of non-chargeable hours . •Availability Management – Actively keeping resources utilized to cater ongoing/ ad-hoc booking requests •Ensuring accurate deployment of bookings on Retain/Profinda. •Actively connecting with stakeholders to discuss business needs and getting them resolved. •Managing expenses, meal allowances etc. for designated team.
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University. •Master’s Degree from a reputed University will be preferred. •Additional certifications (if any)Work experience
•Two or more years in relevant industry.Preferred technical & functional skills
•Proficiency/Working knowledge of MS Excel would be an added advantage.Key behavioral attributes/requirements
•Ability to build and maintain relationships within team and other departments. •Approach towards learning and have attention to details.
