Job Description

Global Processes related to Tax/ FT

1. Study of requirements for process automation/ digitization
2. Preparation of user story and preparation of test scenarios
3. Process documentations
4. Use of various project management tools e.g. FM ALM, SolMan, T&R
5. Testing and resolution of defects

Compliance Management Processes in SAP environment:

1. Implementation of new & updating of existing business models and SD processes in SAP ENVIRONMENT (e.g. creation of new entities, plants via SAP support)

            - Business partners master data management: classification of customers

            - Material master data management: classification of items

            - Providing business requirement, updating workbook

            - Test scenario creations and support in testing & feedback

1. Implementation of new & updating of existing Sanctioned Party List Processes in SAP systems and its interface management

• SPL is a dynamic list with regular updates: interface/update of SPL with SAP GTS
• Sensitive country updates

1. Design of risk oriented controls in SAP Environment
2. Optimization of current SAP  processes
3. Roll-out projects of SAP and GTS

• Providing business requirements, test scenarios and test feedback approvals

1. Interface to a) SAP Support Team in India and b) to CI organization

• Implementation of SAP-GTS connectivity to local ERP systems
• Project management

1. Identity Management SAP environment, authorization of SAP users
2. Training of SAP -GTS system users

Qualifications

BE, BBM, B Com, BCA/MCA, MBA, ICWA, CA

Additional Information

Experience:

• Sound knowledge of Export Control Regulations/ Foreign Trade
• 5-8 years of experience
• Process management experience and IT know-how
• Very good knowledge of SAP GTS and its integration into SD/MM/FI
• Broader process understanding (E2E process thinking)
