As a Sales Support Specialist at Lebara, you will be responsible for various activities essential to the smooth operation of sales and partner support. Your tasks will include:
Commission and bonus administration: Preparing commission statements for both postpaid and prepaid customers.
Support for Partner and Account Managers: Handling incidents, providing general B2B support, and setting up new processes for partners.
Portal management: Managing and maintaining the partner portal, including input for new features and troubleshooting.
Ad-hoc support: Providing temporary support during peak times, such as system outages or new product launches.
What do we expect from you?
You have experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecom sector or in sales support.
You have excellent Excel skills, including working with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. It’s important that you can work quickly and accurately with large data sets.
You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with administrative processes.
You are a strong communicator with experience supporting both internal teams and external partners.
You are familiar with working with systems and portals and can quickly learn new tools and processes.
