Functional Unit: Finance

Location: IITM Research Park, Chennai, India

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and issue invoices to clients/customers accurately and on time. 2. Ensure invoices comply with company policies and contractual agreements. 3. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.  4. Coordinate with clients to resolve billing disputes or payment issues.  5. Prepare aging reports and provide insights on outstanding payments.  6. Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities. 7. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and payment agreements. 8. Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth payment processing.   Required Skills:
