Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities : Drive and support HR digitalization initiatives, automation projects, and process improvements.
- Build and manage HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
- Work extensively with SAP HR modules and other HR IT systems for data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support the creation of predictive analytics models and provide actionable insights for HR strategy.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security in all HR digitalization and reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in HR processes through technology.
- Provide user training and support for HR digital tools and platforms.
Qualifications
Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience : 2 to 5years
Mandatory/requires Skills : 2 to 5 years of proven experience in HR Digitalization, Analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization, reporting).
- Strong working knowledge of SAP HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, etc.).
- Exposure to IT systems and good understanding of HR data management.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with HR, IT, and Business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills : Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python for data analysis).
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in HR.
- Exposure to cloud-based HR platforms.
- Certification in SAP, Power BI, or HR Analytics tools.
