Gain complete proficiency in financial management practices, and be able to execute end-to-end financial processes for the organization, which include:
Accounting Entries: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in Tally software, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Accounts Payable Management: Oversee vendor management, process payments, and ensure timely settlements.
Ledger Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliation of customer and vendor ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
GST and TDS Compliance: Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in adherence to statutory regulations.
Foreign Remittance: Hands-on experience in managing foreign remittances, including documentation, regulatory compliance (such as FEMA), and coordination with banks for inward and outward remittance transactions.
Vendor Management: Strong understanding of end-to-end vendor management processes including vendor onboarding, invoice verification, payment processing, reconciliation, and maintaining healthy relationships with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries related to accounts and billing promptly.
Reconciliation Activities: Conduct monthly reconciliation tasks, including bank statements and financial accounts.
Month-End Closure: Support month-end book closure activities, such as trial balance variance analysis, provision bookings, and prepaid expenses.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's (B.Com) or Master's (M.Com) degree.
Familiarity in Tally, advanced Excel, and hands-on experience with GST & TDS return filing.
Understanding in month-end book closure activities, including variance analysis and provisions.
Candidates available for immediate joining or within 15 days will be preferred.
This role requires working from the office.
