Solutions Architect
What You Will Do
Design and Architect Solutions: Serve as the primary technical lead in architecting end-to-end JazzX solutions for enterprise clients (especially within the financial services sector). Translate customer requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing architectural designs.
Lead Implementations at Customer Sites: Oversee on-site (and remote) implementations of JazzX, through configuration, implementation, customization, integration, testing, and validation. Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure a smooth deployment that meets both technical specifications and business objectives.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with internal product managers, engineering, DevOps, and sales teams to ensure alignment on solution design, deployment processes, and overall system readiness.
Provide Technical Expertise: Offer expert guidance on system infrastructure, software architecture, security protocols, networking, and compliance requirements.
Own Deployment Strategy & Execution: Develop deployment frameworks, runbooks, and best-practice guidelines that streamline and standardize how JazzX is deployed across various client environments.
Troubleshoot & Resolve Complex Issues: Act as the go-to resource for diagnosing and resolving technical or architectural issues during and after deployments.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automating and optimizing architecture, deployment, and integration processes. Drive adoption of best practices across teams.
Mentor Junior Engineers/Architects: Provide guidance and technical leadership to junior team members, ensuring skills development and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, deployment architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in the financial services or SaaS industries.
Demonstrable track record of designing and deploying enterprise AI/SaaS platforms in banking environments.
Proficiency with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Experience with microservices architecture and API integrations.
Deep understanding of AI concepts (including Generative AI), data pipelines, and security considerations in a regulated environment (e.g. financial services).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed for on-site support and implementation.
