The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends and business goals, translating them into effective product strategy.
Ideal Persona:
1-3 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
1+ years of B2B experience is a must.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with data analytics tools and making decisions based on quantitative insights.

The charter for this role will include:
Product Strategy: Support the development and communication of a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trends. Assist in analyzing market conditions and gathering user feedback to help refine and adapt the product strategy as needed.
Product Development: Contribute to the end-to-end product development process by helping define scope, assisting with timeline planning, and coordinating with team members. Support the timely delivery of high-quality products that address customer needs and business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and assist in executing the product roadmap. Participate in cross-functional team activities within an agile environment, supporting effective communication and decision-making.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to help gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from senior team members.
Market Analysis: Assist in conducting market research to help identify opportunities, trends, and understand the competitive landscape.
Product Launch: Help plan and support product launches by working with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive awareness and adoption. Monitor post-launch performance and assist in gathering feedback for iterative improvements.
