Head of Product Design (UI/UX) - CozmoX

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design execution across web and mobile products
• Experience designing for AI or voice-based interfaces is a strong plus
• Proficient with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping practices
• Ability to lead user research, define user journeys, and set design standards
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the Pune office until the Bangalore office is established

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design function at CozmoX
• Define and implement a cohesive design vision across AI-driven interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with goals
• Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Build and manage a high-performing team of designers
• Establish and maintain a strong design system and brand identity

Job Details
Location: Pune (initially mandatory), option to relocate to Bangalore once the office is established
