Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Performance Trading/Performance Marketing
In this role, you will join the Digital Performance team to define and recommend comprehensive digital media and SEO strategies that align with briefed objectives, including forecasting and performance projections. You’ll support delivery on growth and onboarding targets for a leading bank, Superannuation, and Platforms businesses. Success in this role will be driven by your ability to design, execute, and optimise full-funnel digital campaigns and organic strategies that drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and sustained visibility across digital channels.
Responsibilities
•    Develop and recommend integrated digital media and SEO strategies aligned with campaign objectives, customer journeys, and commercial targets.
•    Collaborate with the Digital Performance team to build, test, and optimise digital media campaigns across:
o    Google & BING Ads
o    Google Search Ads 360 (SA360)
o    Google Display & Video 360 (DV360) – programmatic & guaranteed
o    Social (specifically Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok)
o    Native (e.g. Taboola)
o    Reddit
o    Apple Ads
o    Own and evolve the SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, site health, and rankings across targeted search engines.
o    Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend on-site and off-site optimisations, including metadata, site speed, internal linking, and content structure.
o    Collaborate with content and development teams to align SEO best practices with creative output and technical implementation.
o    Monitor search engine algorithm updates and translate implications into actionable recommendations.
•    Ensure all campaigns are properly tagged for accurate tracking and reporting, using:
o    Google Campaign Manager
o    Adobe Launch 
o    Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics
o    Analyse and optimise digital performance data to identify trends and insights, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance and achievement of campaign objectives.
o    Deliver dashboards and regular reports on activity with key insights and future optimisations including insights.
o    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital media trading. 
o    Support budget management including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Relevant years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, including media trading and SEO.
•    Proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns and SEO strategies.
•    Proficiency in using Google and Adobe marketing/advertising/analytics platforms as outlined below:
•    Google & BING Ads
•    Google Search Ads 360 (SA360)
•    Google Display & Video 360 (DV360)
•    Social (specifically Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok)
•    Native (e.g. Taboola)
•    Apple Ads
•    Reddit
•    Google Campaign Manager
•    Adobe Launch 
•    Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics
•    Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
•    Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, keyword research, content strategy, and performance tracking.
