Configure and maintain multiple JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, settings, users, permissions, and reports.
Work with JIRA/Confluence filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and JIRA administration on Cloud instance or Datacenter edition on AWS Cloud.
Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility.
Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis.
Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
Improve JIRA security. Set access permissions for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces.
Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA.
Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use Atlassian tools
In-depth knowledge and experience with day-to-day JIRA administration functionality
Ad-Hoc report creation and distribution
Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight.
Required Technical Expertise:
7-10 years' experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation, Confluence)
Experience with Cloud Instance
Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Qmetry Automated Test Suite and Script Runner
Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
Experience with Confluence-to-Confluence and Jira-to-Jira migrations
Preferred Technical Experience:
Experience automating manual tasks
Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (ADO)
Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
