Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy, including test plans and test cases, based on business requirements and project objectives.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of software testers, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support to ensure the timely and accurate execution of testing activities.
Test Execution: Coordinate and oversee the overall execution of test cases, establishing quality standards and procedures. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and proactively provide solutions.
Test Automation: In-depth hands-on experience on Automation tools and ability to drive the implementation , maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiencies. Ability to drive functional /DATA Testing teams
Test Environment Management: Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to establish and maintain the necessary test environments.
Test Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive test reports, including defect analysis, test coverage, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate test documentation, including test plans, test scripts.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure clear communication, understanding of requirements, and alignment on testing objectives.
Quality Assurance Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing testing methodologies, tools, and processes, and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall quality assurance efficiency and effectiveness.

12+ Years of work experience in relevant discipline
Prior experience in Automation/Data Transformation
Expertise in software testing/quality analyst, database and visualization concepts
Good knowledge of SDLC & STLC
Experience in defect creation & retesting
Experience in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Experience In automation testing tools e.g., Selenium, TOSCA, JMeter, Postman etc.
Experience In agile methodologies
Good knowledge & experience of automation frameworks
Proven technical expertise in Alteryx (Alteryx Designer Core certified) or PowerBI (Micrsoft Certified)
Certification from ISTQB or similar certification from recognized institutions
